Participation Agreement

1MLX PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 1MLXOPS LLC ("1MLXOPS") and the undersigned brokerage firm ("Participant").
1. Platform Participation
Participant agrees to list its active office space listings on the 1MLX platform. Participant will designate a firm administrator ("Admin") who will manage agent access, building data, and listing submissions.
2. Subscription Fee
Founding Member rate: $45 per enrolled agent per month, with a 2.0% annual increase cap locked for the life of membership. Participant may cancel at any time. Standard tiers apply to firms enrolling after the founding period.
3. Data Ownership
Participant retains full ownership of all data submitted to the platform. Participant may export or delete data at any time. Upon termination, all Participant data will be removed within 5 business days.
4. Confidentiality
Operator will never sell, share, or disclose Participant's data to any third party. All listing data is used exclusively for the purposes of the 1MLX platform.
5. Equal Treatment
No participant shall receive preferential treatment in listing display, search results, or platform features.
