Full Unrestricted API Access

Founding members receive full, unrestricted API access to all platform data, on demand, in perpetuity. No tiering, throttling, or limitations of any kind — regardless of the number of agents enrolled. This access continues as long as you submit all active commercial space listings.

Trial Period and Activation

Once all ten founding members have signed and submitted their listings, a one-month data loading period begins at no charge. A three-month complimentary trial follows. Billing commences only when all ten firm administrators have individually confirmed the platform is operational and satisfactory.

Founders Council

The primary contact for each founding firm holds a voting seat on the Founders Council. Each firm casts one vote. Routine governance decisions require 6 of 10 votes. Activating any new non-subscription revenue stream — including advertising, owner listings, occupier access, or any other category — requires 8 of 10 votes. Changes to any voting threshold require unanimous consent of all 10 founding firms. Founders govern themselves — 1MLXOPS holds no voting rights.

Founder Revenue Distribution

1MLXOPS collects broker subscription fees only. Any additional revenue stream — advertising, owner listings, occupier access, investor access, data licensing, or any other category — requires an 8 of 10 founder vote to activate. If activated, 100% of that revenue is distributed quarterly to the 10 founding firms. Each firm's share equals their enrolled agents as a percentage of total founding firm agents. Non-founding member subscriptions are excluded from this calculation entirely.

Equal Treatment Guarantee

No founding member receives differential service, priority access, accelerated processing, preferential placement, or any other advantage over another. Equal service across listing publication, data access, technical support, and communication. This principle remains in effect for the duration of participation.

Your Data. Your Control.

You retain full ownership of every listing you submit. Export, review, or request deletion at any time. Upon request, 1MLXOPS provides a complete record of all data held on your behalf. Upon termination, your listings are removed promptly.

Absolute Confidentiality

1MLXOPS will not disclose, sell, license, share, or provide your data to any individual, entity, or third party outside the platform under any circumstances. This confidentiality obligation is absolute and survives termination.

Sign the Agreement

Sign the participation agreement. Your team has nothing to configure, install, or manage — except providing listings, images, and floor plans in bulk. We handle everything else from day one.

Submit Your Office Listings

Provide all active office listings in bulk — including images and floor plans. 1MLXOPS processes, formats, and publishes everything on your behalf. Your designated administrator maintains full control.

Data Loading, Then Trial Period

Month 1 is a data loading period at no charge — all firms submit listings while 1MLXOPS processes and publishes. Then a three-month complimentary trial begins. Billing commences once all ten firm administrators confirm the platform is operational and satisfactory.
